Publishing your Fictitious Business Name Statement
If you have already filed a Fictitious Business Name Statement and you need the form published:
Place your publication online, by email, by phone, or by U.S. Mail.
To Pay Online, click the "Pay Online" button below. You will be taken to a secure payment page where you can pay with a credit card.

After the four-time publication is completed, we will personally deliver your proof-of-publication to the Sacramento County Clerk's office. For your convenience, we will also mail you a duplicate copy endorsed/stamped by the Sacramento County Clerk.
The complete publication fee is only $124.95 plus $10 for each business name over one.
